Article 1: Acceptance of Terms
By enlisting in FoxholeOps (accessing or using this service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this service.
FoxholeOps is a fan-made community platform for players of Foxhole. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Siege Camp or the official Foxhole game.
Article 2: Eligibility Requirements
To enlist in FoxholeOps, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Article 3: Code of Conduct
All personnel must adhere to the following rules of engagement:

- Respectful communication with fellow soldiers
- Sharing game-related content and strategies
- Coordinating operations with your faction
- Friendly banter and faction rivalry
✗ Prohibited Activities
- Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks on individuals
- Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
- Spam, advertising, or unauthorized promotions
- Impersonating other users or Command staff
- Sharing malicious links or harmful content
- Attempting to exploit or hack the platform
- Sharing real-world sensitive information
Article 4: User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on FoxholeOps. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with operating the service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to the content you post
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your content complies with applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
Article 5: Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
Grounds for termination include:
- Repeated violations of the Code of Conduct
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempting to compromise system security
- Extended inactivity (accounts may be purged after 12 months)
You may voluntarily deactivate your account at any time by contacting Command.
Article 6: Disclaimer of Warranties
FOXHOLEOPS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF THIS SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Article 7: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxholeOps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Article 8: Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
